School Meals
In September 2004, the school endeavored to improve the School Meals Service and together with other schools in Hebden Bridge secured the services of Incafoods.
INCA has prepared a balanced three-week cycle menu of nutritional meals, whilst aiming to provide menus which appeal to children, and are in accordance with the Healthy Schools Award .
The meals are cooked at Riverside School Kitchen and copies of the menus are sent home at the beginning of each term.
The cost of a school meal is £1.60 per day, payable either on a Monday for the week, or at the beginning of each term.
Applications for Free School Meals may be made direct to the Benefits Section of the Finance Department, Princess Buildings, Halifax. The secretarial staff at the school can advise about procedure in case of difficulty.
